Eligibility/Rules for admission to B.A,L.L.B.(Hons.)(Five Year Programme)
1. A candidate will be eligible for admission to the B.A,L.L.B. (Hons.) course,
if he/she has completed intermediate or equivalent examination recognized by any
board of education with 10+2 system and has secured not less than 45% marks at Intermediate
level. However for SC/ST candidate’s minimum percentage will be 40.
2. The admission will be made on the basis of merit/entrance test.
3. The candidate belonging to the General and OBC category should not be above 20
years of age, However SC/ST candidate should not be above 22 years of age.
4. The reservation and weight age shall be given as permissible under the University
rules/Govt. orders.
5. All disputes regarding interpretation of rules related to the B.A,L.L.B. Hons.
Admission shall be referred to Admission committee of college and whose decision
shall be final and binding.
6. All the legal matters/disputes pertaining to the B.A,L.L.B. (Hons.) admission
shall be subject to the Lucknow Judicature only.
